Privacy Policy
AptEner Mechatronics Private Limited (“BluArmor”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) built the BluArmor application as a free application. This Service is provided by AptEner Mechatronics Private Limited at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This Privacy Policy explains how BluArmor collects, uses, processes, shares, protects, and deletes information when you use the BluArmor application.
By using our Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information we collect and how we use it
BluArmor collects or processes only the information necessary to provide app functionality, support safety features such as crash detection and emergency alerts, manage user accounts and emergency profiles, and monitor app performance.
1. Personal information and emergency profile data
To enable crash detection, emergency alerts, and creation of an emergency profile, BluArmor may collect the following information:
- Name
- Email Address
- User ID
- Phone Number
This information is used only for purposes such as:
- Creating and managing your BluArmor account and emergency profile;
- Supporting crash-detection and emergency-alert functionality;
- Identifying the user when an emergency alert is initiated;
- Providing relevant emergency-profile information to a user-designated emergency contact when required.
Emergency contact sharing
Personal information associated with your emergency profile is not automatically shared with third parties.
Where the crash-detection or emergency-alert feature requires information to be sent to your designated emergency contact, the information is shared only after the user’s confirmation or authorization as part of the emergency-alert process.
The information is shared only with the emergency contact designated by the user and only for the purpose of assisting with the emergency event.
BluArmor does not sell, rent, trade, or disclose emergency-profile information to advertisers, data brokers, or other companies for marketing, advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.
App performance and diagnostic data
To maintain app reliability, identify technical issues, fix crashes, and improve performance, BluArmor may collect or process:
- Crash Logs
- Diagnostic Data
- Other App Performance Data
This information is collected solely for application performance, reliability, troubleshooting, and technical improvement purposes.
This diagnostic and performance information is not intended to contain personally identifiable information and is not used by BluArmor to identify individual users.
BluArmor does not use crash logs, diagnostic information, or other app-performance data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or cross-app tracking.
Location data
Certain BluArmor features, including features such as RIDEGRID radar view and dynamic volume control, may process real-time location information.
Location information used for these features is processed locally on the user’s device or through a local mesh network between connected users.
BluArmor does not store or collect this location information on BluArmor cloud servers as part of these features.
The location information remains available only as necessary while the relevant feature is active.
Accessibility Service permission
BluArmor may request access to the Android Accessibility Service to support its emergency crash-alert functionality.
This permission may be used to enable BluArmor to:
- Display an emergency crash alert over the lock screen or other applications; and
- Support the emergency-alert workflow when a crash has been detected.
The Accessibility Service permission is used only for emergency safety functionality.
BluArmor does not use the Accessibility Service permission to read, collect, store, monitor, or transmit:
- Screen content;
- Keystrokes;
- Passwords;
- Messages;
- Notifications; or
- Information displayed by other applications.
BluArmor does not use Accessibility Service functionality for advertising, user profiling, or behavioral tracking.
Data sharing
We do not sell or share personal data for commercial purposes
BluArmor does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising, marketing, commercial profiling, data brokerage, or cross-app tracking purposes.
Personal information collected for your account, emergency profile, and crash-detection functionality is used only to provide the BluArmor Service and associated safety functionality.
Emergency-profile information may be provided to the emergency contact selected by the user only after the user’s confirmation or authorization during the emergency-alert process.
Service providers
BluArmor uses certain standard technology service providers to support application infrastructure, analytics, diagnostics, and crash reporting, including:
These services may process limited technical, diagnostic, or app-performance information on BluArmor’s behalf to provide their respective technical services.
BluArmor does not provide these service providers with personal information for advertising, marketing, or cross-app tracking purposes.
Diagnostic and app-performance data processed through these services is used only for app stability, troubleshooting, analytics, and performance improvement.
Data security and encryption
BluArmor implements commercially reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Encryption in transit
Data transmitted between the BluArmor application and backend services is transmitted using secure encrypted communication protocols, such as HTTPS/TLS, where applicable.
Although BluArmor takes reasonable measures to protect information, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data retention
BluArmor retains personal information only for as long as necessary to:
- Provide the BluArmor Service;
- Maintain your account and emergency profile;
- Support safety and emergency functionality;
- Meet legitimate operational requirements; or
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
When personal information is no longer required for these purposes, it will be deleted or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
Diagnostic and performance information may be retained only for the period reasonably necessary to investigate technical issues, monitor app reliability, and improve application performance.
Data deletion and account management
You have control over personal information associated with your BluArmor account.
Delete your account
You may request permanent deletion of your BluArmor account and associated personal information by visiting:

If you want to request deletion of specific personal information without deleting your complete account, you may submit a request using the same portal:

BluArmor will process valid deletion requests in accordance with applicable legal and operational requirements.
Children’s privacy
The BluArmor Service is not directed to children under the age of 13.
BluArmor does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Service, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information from our records.
Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information to BluArmor may contact us using the details provided below.
Your privacy
BluArmor is committed to collecting only the information necessary to operate the Service and its safety features.
In particular:
- BluArmor does not sell personal information.
- BluArmor does not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
- BluArmor does not use personal information for cross-app tracking.
- Emergency-profile information is shared only with the emergency contact selected by the user and only after user confirmation or authorization during the emergency-alert process.
- Crash logs, diagnostic data, and other app-performance information are used only to maintain and improve application reliability and are not intended to contain personally identifiable information.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to the BluArmor Service, applicable requirements, or our privacy practices.
