Delete your account

Submit the email address or username tied to your BluArmor account. We verify the request, then delete the account and the data listed below.

App and developer

What gets deleted

  • Your BluArmor account, profile and login credentials
  • Paired device records, device names and saved device settings
  • RIDEGRID groups you own, and your membership in other groups
  • RIDEAURA presets and other in-app preferences
  • Emergency and crash detection profile, including any contacts you saved
  • Diagnostic and analytics records tied to your account

What we keep, and for how long

  • Records we are legally required to retain, such as warranty, transaction and tax records, for the period required by law
  • Anonymised, aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked to you
  • Backups are purged on their normal rotation, within 30 days of deletion

How long it takes

  • We confirm receipt by email within 3 business days
  • Deletion completes within 30 days of verification
  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • Your BluArmor hardware keeps working, but you will need a new account to use app features again
